You’ve heard the old adage, “failing to plan is planning to fail.” Working with Cronin Communications, your company can plan to succeed.

Though our eight step Strategic Business Planning process, Cronin Com will find ways for your company to replace lost revenue, diversify and expand for the future.

Our planning process consists of the following:

Step One: On-line Management & Board Survey
Interview managers and directors to learn their priorities and outlooks for the company.
Step Two: Product and Services Diagnosis
Review sales performance of all products and services. Research customer demand for new bundles and the impact of competition in the marketplace. Recommend sales goals and prices for all products and services.
Step Three: Internal Operations Assessment
Review staffing levels, employee performance, allocation of company resources and reporting structures across all lines-of-business. Make recommendations to improve company productivity and efficiency.
Step Four: Network Planning
Evaluate bandwidth requirements over the next two-years. Recommend a capital budget to fund network upgrades.
Step Five: Financial Projections
Project revenues and profitability over the next two-years. Recommend goals for Average Revenue Per User, EBITDA, Churn, Cost Per Gross Add, Return on Equity and other financial metrics. Project the decline of Access Revenues and Universal Service Funds.
Step Six: Succession Plan
Plan for personnel changes over the next two-years. Inventory skill sets of key employees. Identify resources that will be needed. Create a training curriculum to develop the skills needed to run the organization.
Step Seven: Strategic Planning Session
Present the results of the business analysis to the management team. Facilitate a planning session of the management team to establish company-wide goals and resource requirements to fund the goals and the strategic plan.
Step Eight: Implementation and Roll-out
Train all employees on the Strategic Business Plan. Develop action plans and tracking systems to ensure implementation. Meet with the management team by conference call quarterly to report progress and make adjustments, as needed.
