Cronin Communications was founded in 1989 to provide business consulting services to telecommunications providers.  The company has since expanded to serve hundreds of telcos, CLECs, ISPs, CATV operators and non-traditional businesses seeking entry into the telecommunications industry.

Focus . . .

Cronin does not use an “assembly line” approach to consulting services. We dedicate senior staff to personally manage each project.  Work is never farmed out to junior associates.  This approach allows us to focus on each client’s needs and provide timely solutions to their unique challenges and opportunities.

Reputation . . .

Our clients range from large multi-national corporations to very small cooperatives.  Many of our clients maintain an ongoing service retainer with us.  New business is generated primarily through referrals or word-of-mouth, an endorsement of our capabilities and service standards.

Strategic planning and business implementation are our core services with the primary emphasis on expansion and customer retention.  Because we understand both the operations and technical sides of the industry, we have been very successful at helping clients launch new telecommunications ventures, including CLECs, long distance resale, wireless services, cable television franchises, ISP operations and more.
